Whenever you encounter an issue, spot a player breaking server rules, or have a suggestion to improve PurpurMC, you can contact our staff team directly.
1. Integrated Report & Support GUI #
The following commands open the server's unified Reporting & Support Interface:

/support | /report, /ticket, /suggest | Opens the support request and ticket submission form |
/report | - | Directly initiates a reporting ticket against the specified player |
Notification Routing: #
Every report, suggestion, or bug submission submitted through the GUI is instantly relayed both to in-game staff monitors and to a dedicated private management channel on our official Discord server.
2. Staff Applications #
If you wish to join the PurpurMC staff team and assist our community as a guide or moderator:
