Staff Roles & Responsibilities #

To ensure a fair, secure, cheat-free, and welcoming multiplayer atmosphere, the PurpurMC staff hierarchy operates with 3 clearly defined tiers.

1. Staff Hierarchy #

The official staff structure consists strictly of the following tiers:

No roles outside of this three-tier hierarchy exist on PurpurMC.

2. Staff Roles and Specific Authorities #

👑 Administrator (Yönetici) #

• The highest authority for all server decisions and administrative governance.
• Holds unrestricted permissions across all systems, economic balances, server databases, and core infrastructure.

🛡️ Moderator (Moderatör) #

• Possesses extensive staff authority across the server.
• Has in-game access to Creative mode.
• Does not play as a standard survival player; moderators do not gather personal resources or engage in normal survival gameplay, focusing entirely on server integrity, anti-cheat surveillance, and rule enforcement.
• Fully authorized on Discord; handles in-game reports as well as official Discord and website support tickets, with powers to issue mutes, bans, and kicks.

💬 Helper (Yardımcı) #

• Features a distinctive Helper prefix tag in-game and on the TAB player list.
• Has NO access to Creative mode; operates under standard survival restrictions.
• Moderation powers are restricted strictly to mute punishments for chat infractions (cannot kick, ban, or manipulate world blocks).
• Cannot respond to Discord or website support tickets; their primary objective is assisting players in-game, answering questions, and maintaining a respectful chat environment.
